Shift Leader

We are looking for a head waiter or, as we at Boulebar call it, a Shift Leader. The role entails leading the team at the restaurant and being responsible for the business during your shift. You make sure that all employees know what is expected of them and that each individual is given the opportunity and space to grow. We believe that you think like us, that service is always in focus and that you really love people.

Here we have listed characteristics and experiences that are important for us to thrive together:

• You have a good ability to lead a team during service
• You are used to welcoming guests and ensuring that their entire stay is pleasant
• You are structured and can create a holistic view of the situation
• You have minimum 2 years experience in the role or in a similar leader position
