Payment & Booking

All cancellations and changes in number of participants must be done in writing to booking@boulebar.dk. If you fail to cancel your reservation, you will be charged the full price (100%).
Please note: If you need to cancel on a weekend or holiday, you must both call us at +45 82 82 08 00 and send an email. 

The size of your group determines the cancellation policy.

Pétanque without a guide:

• 1-12 people - Changes or cancellations can be made until 12:00 PM the day before your visit.
• 13-29 people - 5 days prior to your visit, at the latest, it's possible to change or cancel your booking. 

Pétanque with a guide:

• 1-7 people - up to 3 days before the visit you can change the number of guests and/or cancel the pétanque guide.
• 8-29 people - up to 14 days before the visit you can change the number of guests and/or cancel the pétanque guide.
• 30-59 people - up to 4 weeks before the visit you can change the number of guests and/or cancel the pétanque guide.
• 60-130 people or more - up to 6 weeks before the visit you can change the number of guests and/or cancel the pétanque guide.

La illness

After the cancellation and modification deadline, the number of participants can be reduced by up to 10% in case of illness.

Pre-ordered food

To avoid depressing our chefs, pre-ordered food must be cancelled no later than 12:00 PM on the day before your scheduled arrival. Cancellation must be made in writing via email. If you fail to cancel pre-ordered food, you will be charged the full price (100%).

- Vegetarians? Allergies? Other dietary restrictions?

We need to know the number of vegetarians and allergies 2-3 days before at the latest. We reserve the right to make changes to the menu.

Cancellation outside due to bad weather (only Allégade)

If you want to cancel due to bad weather, 20% of the agreed price for the game will be charged. We need a cancellation in writing no later than 12:00 PM on the day. Bad weather is characterized by persistent rain and wind according to the DMI forecast.

When canceling food due to bad weather, our usual cancellation rules apply.

Be on Time!

With high occupancy, we can’t guarantee extended court times. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may release your court to other guests.
