We start brunch with crispy baguette, butter, and jam. Cheese and charcuterie or vegetarian delicacies. Coffee or tea included.
Choose a main course:
EGGS BENEDICT ROYAL
Toasted levain bread, poached egg, spinach, and onions. Topped with hollandaise and either cold-smoked salmon or beef tenderloin.
STEAK SANDWICH
Fried levain, beef tenderloin, tomato and chimichurri.
PAIN PERDU
French toast with fresh berries. Whipped cream with white chocolate.
The brunch finishes in true French style with a grand dessert: Lemon crème with strawberries, pain au chocolat and fruit.


Our brunch is served every weekend from 10:30 AM to 5 PM.
This is brunch at Boulebar: You sit back and enjoy French-inspired dishes served in several rounds at the table, all while hanging out with family, friends, or colleagues.
Combined with 90 minutes of pétanque, our brunch is the ultimate weekend activity.
