We start brunch with crispy baguette, butter, and jam. Cheese and charcuterie or vegetarian delicacies. Coffee or tea included.
Choose a main course:
EGGS BENEDICT ROYAL
Toasted levain bread, poached egg, spinach, and onions. Topped with hollandaise and either cold-smoked salmon or beef tenderloin.
CLUB CROISSANT
Crispy, toasted croissant with salad, pickled onions, tomato, herbs, and chive mayo. Choose Bjäre chicken or portobello mushroom
PAIN PERDU
French toast with fresh berries. Whipped cream with white chocolate.
The brunch finishes in true French style with a grand dessert: Panna Cotta au Caramel, Pain au Chocolat, and fruit.
